Refund & Returns Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your Wheels, Tires or Wheel and Tire Package to request a return with us.

To be eligible for a return, your Wheels, Tires or Wheel and Tire Package must be:

  1. In the same condition that you received it.
  2. Unworn or unused, with original labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. All return orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee depending on the Wheels, Tires or Wheel and Tire Package.
  4. There are no returns or exchanges on Wheels or Tires in used condition, damaged condition, or otherwise any condition that is not brand new, in no event will we accept a wheels and tires return that is in a poor condition.
  5.  No return on custom painted wheels, custom wheels, 3-piece wheels.
  6.  The customer is responsible for all shipping labels and packaging charges, both ways.
  7. All returns require a return authorization number (RMA) form from WebsterWheels.com.
  8. The RMA number must be legibly printed on each package of the return shipment.
  9. Any Wheel or Tire returned without an RMA number will be refused.
  10. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  11. WebsterWheels.com is not responsible for any shops labor fees to install, mount, or rebalance your wheels and tires.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, Wheels or Tires sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping labels costs and Restocking fee costs will apply depending on the wheels and tires.

Returns & Exchanges

If you:

  1. Purchased the incorrect Wheels or Tires,
  1. No longer need a Wheel or Tire purchased,
  2. The incorrect product was sent contrary to what was described on the website,
  3. Purchased a product that came defective, damaged or faulty,
  4. Are not satisfied with the purchase, or
  5. Purchased the wrong Wheel or Tires accidentally,
  6. Purchased the wrong Wheel or Tires accidentally:

We ask you to contact our customer service representatives and they will help you to assist with the next best steps.

The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

  1. Wheels and Tires Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the Wheels or Tires are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong Wheels or Tires, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the Wheels or Tires you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate order for the new Wheels or Tires.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (Credit Card, Affirm or Paypal) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
