Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, and the Dominican Republic require additional shipping charges.
Order Processing
Once you place an order on WebsterWheels.com, our team requires up to 2 business days to process your order before it is shipped.
During this processing period, we carefully review your order to verify all wheel and/or tire specifications, ensuring they are the correct fitment for the vehicle information provided. This verification process helps prevent compatibility issues and ensures that every order meets our quality standards before leaving our warehouse.
Once your order has been successfully processed, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been approved for shipment. When your order ships, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information (when available).
Please note that the estimated shipping transit times listed below begin after your order has been processed, not from the date your order was placed. Delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination and whether your order contains In-Stock Wheels, Out-of-Stock Wheels, or Custom-Made Wheels.
Custom-Made and Back-Ordered Items
Some of our products are built specifically to order and are classified as Custom-Made Wheels. If your order contains custom-made products, we will notify you by email with the estimated production and shipping timeframe.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will also be notified by email. Our standard practice is to ship available items first and ship any back-ordered items as soon as they become available. In certain situations, we may hold the complete order until all items are ready to ship.
Back-ordered items are typically shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the customer’s request and service availability.

For Custom-Made Wheel Orders, the transit times shown above do not include the manufacturing and production time required to build your wheels. Production lead times may vary depending on the wheel model, finish, specifications, manufacturing schedule, and material availability.
For Out-of-Stock (Back-Ordered) Wheel Orders, the transit times shown above do not include the time required for the manufacturer to restock, produce, or fulfill the requested items. Lead times for back-ordered products may vary depending on manufacturer availability, production schedules, and inventory replenishment.
Once your Custom-Made or Back-Ordered items are completed, received, and your order has been processed, the applicable shipping transit time for your destination will begin.

Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Since UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, we strongly recommend providing a physical street address to avoid delays, delivery issues, or additional shipping charges.
Depending on the destination, package size, or shipping requirements, some orders may be shipped via USPS.
Tracking information will be sent by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
International & Non-Continental U.S. Shipping
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, and the Dominican Republic is available for an additional shipping charge. In some cases, a flat-rate shipping fee may apply.
